The Atlas Lions are ranked 14th, while the Teranga Lions of Senegal are in 19th position.
Argentina, having successfully defended their Copa América crown, remain the top most ranked team, with France in second place after reaching the semi-finals of UEFA EURO 2024.
Newly crowned European champions Spain are now 3rd in the FIFA rankings, up from fifth. England and Brazil respectively make up the top five.
Belgium (6th, down 3) are now outside the top five, with the Netherlands and Portugal in 7th and 8th respectively. Colombia, despite loss to Argentina in the Copa América final, are now ranked 9th, while Italy remain in the 10th position.
