The Origin: Madam Koi-Koi: Based on a ghost in Nigerian and African urban legend, a vengeful spirit stalks an isolated college, drawn by the school’s history of sexual violence and one student’s mysterious ties to the past. Deyemi Okanlawon, Ireti Doyle, Omowunmi Dada and Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha star in this gripping series was written by Jay Franklyn Jituboh & Boladale Falola, and produced by Jay Franklyn Jituboh & Michael Ndiomu. The final episode of the two-part series, which premiered on Netflix on October 31, will stream on Tuesday, November 7.

3. She Must Be Obeyed: This captivating series exposes the dark side of a successful Afrobeats music artist, Siyanbola Adewale (SHE), who would do anything to stay at the top. As SHE manipulates and exploits those around her, a determined group joins forces to expose her true nature, leading to a thrilling journey of deception and revenge in the music industry. Funke Akindele played the role of SHE in this cutthroat music industry drama alongside an ensemble cast, including Nancy Isime, Abdullateef Adedimeji, Patience Ozokwor, Chiwetel Agu, Waje, Mike Ezuronye and Veeiye. “She Must Be Obeyed” is now streaming on Prime Video.

Boasting of a stellar cast including Bimbo Manuel, Gabriel Afolayan, Tana Adelana, among others, and directed by award-winning filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, Ìjọ̀gbọ̀n premiered on the global streaming platform on October 13.
